Bauhaus Symposium Barcelona

In the Bauhaus anniversary year of 2019, the idea was born to organise a symposium on the theme of Bauhaus in the famous Barcelona Pavilion of 1929 in cooperation with Guiding Architects Barcelona, the Mies van der Rohe Foundation and the German National Tourist Board for Spain.
TICKET B was involved in the organisation and selection of the speakers – including the architects of the two new Bauhaus museums in Dessau and Berlin, namely Addenda Architects and Volker Staab.
The two-day event in one of the most famous icons of modern architecture was also the kick-off for a trip by Spanish architects to the German Bauhaus cities of Weimar, Dessau and Berlin as part of an international exchange.
