Sidesteps: The Bauhaus in Weimar and Dessau

An excursion by bus or train to Dessau includes a visit to the famous Bauhaus building by Walter Gropius and his master houses. Special attention will be paid to the rebuilt director’s house as a “blurred memory” by the architects Bruno Fioretti Marquez. A visit to the Bauhaus Museum opened in 2019 by the young Spanish competition winners Addenda Architekten rounds off the day’s excursion.
A visit to the Federal Environment Agency by sauerbruchhutton is also possible.
